Four Emeralds LLP was founded to give the owners, financiers and regulators of infrastructure a technical partner whose only interest is the integrity of the project.

Our story

Built for the moment infrastructure delivery became more complex than construction.

India's infrastructure programme is delivered through increasingly sophisticated contractual structures — hybrid annuity, build-operate-transfer, EPC and large multi-agency urban programmes. Each demands independent technical judgement that sits between the parties and answers to the project.

Four Emeralds LLP was established to provide exactly that judgement. Our professionals combine engineering depth with contractual literacy and delivery discipline, applied consistently across roads, bridges, urban, transportation and industrial infrastructure.

We are a consulting and engineering oversight practice. We do not construct, supply or hold equity in the projects we serve, and we consider that independence to be the foundation of our value.

  • Our engagements are structured to report to the party we are appointed by — Authority, lender, owner or investor — without divided loyalty.

  • Findings are documented with method and evidence so they withstand technical, contractual and audit scrutiny.

  • We decline appointments where independence cannot be assured.
